This year at camp we’re having on-site lunch which can be a challenge to plan with people’s different dietary needs. We tried to pick an option that provides for everybody, but the reality is that’s impossible. So below is the menu for the buffet which everyone will have access to. If you need to bring something to supplement it, please do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

Chips and Fresh Salsa, Tortillas, Pico De Gallo, Mexican Rice, Refried Beans, and Chicken Fajita’s. Served with Cinnamon Crisps, Ice water and Lemonade<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

The Chips and Salsa, Mexican Rice, Refried Beans, Fire Roasted Salsa, Salsa Verde, and Pico De Gallo are vegan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
